Refund policy

Fine Jewelry Return Policy: 

Fine jewelry may be exchanged only. Exchanges must occur within 7 days from the date of purchase. No refunds on fine jewelry. 


Local Clothing Return Policy:

In store pick ups need to be picked up within 10 days from the date of purchase. You must notify us if you cannot make it during the time period. Within those 10 days, you can only return your purchase for store credit or exchange only. After the 10 days, we will be unable to offer any exchanges or returns and your purchase will be FINAL SALE.

If your address is within 20 miles of the store, the return policy reflects our in store return policy, no matter if you had your order delivered. Our return policy is based on customers who can be at the store to try on clothing and for those who cannot. You have 10 days from the date of purchase. You must notify us if you cannot make it during the time period.

Within those 10 days, you can only return your purchase for store credit or exchange only. After the 10 days, we will be unable to offer any exchanges or returns and your purchase will be FINAL SALE.
 
Out of Town Clothing Return Policy:

Returns must be postmarked within 15 days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition with all original tags and labels attached. If the 15 days have passed since the date of delivery, we will be unable to offer you any exchanges or returns.

Place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase. Please mail your return to:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. Shipping costs are non-refundable. To ensure that we receive your return, we strongly recommend that you use a trackable method or purchase shipping insurance to mail your return back.

After we receive your return and inspect the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please indicate whether you want a refund back to the form of payment you used or an online store credit on your packing slip. If not, we will contact you to see how to process your return.

Please note, if store credit is chosen, it will expire within 1 year of the issue date. Once approved, your return will be processed. Please allow at least three days from the date we receive the item to process your return.
